Peritoneal diseases
- Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma

Whitish small nodular lesions are seen on the hyperemic peritoneum. Fusions among those small nudules are common. These findings are compatible with the relatively early stage of malignant peritoneal mesothelioma.Ascites is common and it is often viscus due to the elevated concentration of hyaluronate.Massive bleeding is rare at peritoneal biopsy.
