From March 23 to December 31, 2020, there were 33,917 confirmed cases and 741 deaths in Myanmar (case fatality rate of 2.18%). The first wave in Myanmar from March to July was linked to overseas travel, and then a second wave started from Rakhine State, a western border state, leading to the second wave spreading countrywide in Myanmar from August to December 2020. The estimated effective reproductive number (Rt) nationwide reached 6-8 at the beginning of each wave and gradually decreased as the epidemic spread to the community. The whole-genome analysis of 10 Myanmar SARS-CoV-2 strains together with 31 previously registered strains showed that the first wave was caused by GISAID clade O or PANGOLIN lineage B.6 and the second wave was changed to clade GH or lineage B.1.36.16 with a close genetic relationship with other South Asian strains. Constant monitoring of epidemiological situations combined with SARS-CoV-2 genome analysis is important for adjusting public health measures to mitigate the community transmissions of COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u958b\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308bCOVID-19\u306e\u75ab\u5b66\u60c5\u5831\u3068SARS-CoV-2\u306e\u5168\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u30b7\u30fc\u30af\u30a8\u30f3\u30b9\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u3092\u7528\u3044\u3066\u3001\u30df\u30e3\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u6700\u521d\u306e2\u56de\u306e\u6d41\u884c\u6ce2\u306e\u72b6\u6cc1\u3092\u89e3\u6790\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u76ee\u7684\u3068\u3057\u305f\u30022020\u5e743\u670823\u65e5\u304b\u308912\u670831\u65e5\u307e\u3067\u306b\u3001\u30df\u30e3\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u3067\u306f33,917\u4eba\u306e\u60a3\u8005\u304c\u78ba\u8a8d\u3055\u308c\u3001741\u4eba\u304c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3057\u305f\uff08\u75c7\u4f8b\u81f4\u6b7b\u73872.18\uff05\uff09\u30023\u6708\u304b\u30897\u6708\u306b\u304b\u3051\u3066\u30df\u30e3\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u3067\u767a\u751f\u3057\u305f\u7b2c1\u6ce2\u306f\u6d77\u5916\u6e21\u822a\u3068\u95a2\u9023\u3057\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5f8c\u3001\u897f\u90e8\u306e\u56fd\u5883\u5dde\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30e9\u30ab\u30a4\u30f3\u5dde\u304b\u3089\u7b2c2\u6ce2\u304c\u59cb\u307e\u308a\u30012020\u5e748\u6708\u304b\u308912\u6708\u306b\u304b\u3051\u3066\u30df\u30e3\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u306e\u5168\u56fd\u306b\u7b2c2\u6ce2\u304c\u5e83\u304c\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u30df\u30e3\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u306e\u5b9f\u52b9\u518d\u751f\u7523\u6570\uff08Rt\uff09\u306f\u5404\u6ce2\u306e\u521d\u671f\u306b6\uff5e8\u306b\u9054\u3057\u3001\u5730\u57df\u3078\u306e\u6d41\u884c\u306e\u5e83\u304c\u308a\u3068\u3068\u3082\u306b\u5f90\u3005\u306b\u6e1b\u5c11\u3057\u3066\u3044\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u30df\u30e3\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u306eSARS-CoV-2\u682a10\u682a\u3068\u65e2\u767b\u9332\u682a31\u682a\u306e\u5168\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u89e3\u6790\u304b\u3089\u3001\u7b2c1\u6ce2\u306fGISAID clade O\u307e\u305f\u306fPANGOLIN lineage B.6\u3001\u7b2c2\u6ce2\u306f\u4ed6\u306e\u5357\u30a2\u30b8\u30a2\u682a\u3068\u907a\u4f1d\u7684\u95a2\u4fc2\u304c\u6df1\u3044clade GH\u307e\u305f\u306f lineage B.1.36.16\u306b\u5909\u5316\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u793a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002SARS-CoV-2\u306e\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u89e3\u6790\u3068\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3066\u75ab\u5b66\u7684\u72b6\u6cc1\u3092\u5e38\u306b\u76e3\u8996\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3001COVID-19\u306e\u5730\u57df\u611f\u67d3\u3092\u8efd\u6e1b\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306e\u516c\u8846\u885b\u751f\u5bfe\u7b56\u3092\u8abf\u6574\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u91cd\u8981\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u30df\u30e3\u30f3\u30de\u30fc\u304b\u3089\u306e\u7559\u5b66\u751fWint
